Why we make this promise: No consultant commits in advance to how much new insight they will uncover. We do, because we have achieved it in every dialogue so far – and that shows how much emerges when people truly talk to one another, instead of merely being surveyed.
Your effort: 3 hours. We handle the rest.
Beforehand, we analyse your starting position and develop an initial proposal for the questions, the hypotheses, the stakeholder group and the participation channel.
In the workshop, we sharpen the concept together with you and record the six assumptions per question that the dialogue is meant to test.
We then finalise the dialogue concept. You decide whether a pilot dialogue or a dialogue mandate follows.
The concept is yours to keep, even if no dialogue follows.
Scope and flat fee are agreed before the start.
Experience the Idea Duel on a real decision.
A clearly limited engagement on one question from the workshop.
It shows which arguments carry weight with your stakeholders, which assumptions hold up under scrutiny, and which topics have not yet reached you.
We write the communication, moderate the dialogue, and deliver the ranking with a results report.
Scope and flat fee are agreed before the start.
Run the dialogue in full.
We run the dialogue with your stakeholders, moderate it, evaluate it, and deliver the results.
You receive priorities, consensus, a decision matrix, blind spots, segment analyses, and a comprehensive report for leadership, a governing body, or the public.
Scope depends on the number of questions, the size of the stakeholder group, the desired segmentation, and the languages involved.
Before the start, you receive a quote with a binding cost cap.
The benchmark for anyone who has to decide on a regular basis.
For organisations that repeatedly prepare decisions and want to track change over time.
We repeat dialogues at fixed or decision-driven intervals, so you can see the development unfold in front of you.
Because the concept, activation, and question structure are already in place, each subsequent dialogue costs less.
You set the benchmark yourself, before the dialogue begins.
In the strategy workshop, you record six assumptions you expect per question. We feed them in anonymously, indistinguishable from the contributions of your stakeholders.
At the end stands the complete ranking, often several hundred ideas and arguments. We measure against the top ten: if at least five of them, on average across all questions, are topics that were not at the centre of discussion before the dialogue, we have at least doubled your knowledge.
If we fail to achieve that, we don't invoice you. You keep the complete evaluation in any case.
What it takes on your side
Three hours in the workshop. One sign-off on the communication. Everything else is ours, from moderation through to the report. Your participants need ten minutes. We can be ready to start within 48 hours.
Open questions and the hypotheses to be tested.
Texts and communication concept for your stakeholders.
With your logo, in your design.
For three weeks, with no effort for you.
So the dialogue stays factual and safe.
Visible daily, which topics dominate.
By the criteria you define.
One results report per question and one one pager.
Ready for your stakeholders.

Do we end up with a wish list?
No, because nobody can only wish.
Every participant has to choose between two contributions, a hundred times over
What ends up at the top has prevailed against everything else, and you see how many people stand behind it
What if too few take part?
Communication is half the battle, and it is our job.
We do not invite people to a survey. We put into words what is at stake, specific to your question
From experience we know what works
For participants it takes ten minutes, anonymously and at any time of day
Are you a software or a consultancy?
A consultancy with its own instrument.
We take on the work from the question to the basis for decision
Like a classic consultancy we hold conversations and analyse them. We just hold a thousand at once, digitally
You acquire no licence and set nothing up
Can we see this beforehand?
Yes. We show you a completed dialogue with real results.
In the twenty-minute intro call we go through your question
If a dialogue does not serve your decision-making, we tell you
What sets the Idea Duel apart from a survey?
In a survey, people tick your predefined answers.
In the Idea Duel they write their own
Everyone else weighs them in direct comparison
That is how you also learn what nobody would have asked about
